The largest search engine with a huge number of hits.   Unique features are Google News and Google Maps.  Searchers can us double quotes " " for phrases, +(pluses before words to make sure they are seached especially common words) and -(minuses to get rid of annoying words)

Ask. Com
Largest competitor to Google. Unique feature is its Popularity Ranking.  Searchers can use double quotes, minuses and pluses.

MSN.Com
Microsoft's search engine with a useful Related Search feature.

Yahoo!Search
Extensive search tool. Uses quotes, pluses and minuses. Also uses AND, OR, NOT (must be capitalized)
